On Tuesday morning, January 23, 2024, the moment we've all been waiting for finally arrived – the surveying and elevation measurement of our property was on the agenda.

A small challenge awaited the surveying team right from the start: approximately 70 square meters of our property were still densely overgrown and without direct access. Clearing the area was not feasible in the short time available, but the surveyors demonstrated flexibility and promptly measured around it.

The complete survey of the property is crucial for the continuation of our construction planning. The architectural firm requires precise data, especially the leveling, to kick off the next phase of our dream home development. It's not just about numbers and elevations; it's also about developing an initial concept that optimally translates our ideas.

Estimation
Measurement & Leveling

Based on the digital cadastral map of the responsible surveying office and a height reference, the necessary area of the land plots is measured in terms of both location and elevation.

Terrain points, slopes, boundaries with boundary heights, road and sidewalk edges, manhole covers, and inlets are recorded. The survey is based on the UTM32 coordinate system and above mean sea level (m AMSL). The survey data is evaluated in the form of a site plan scale 1:100, and labeled with all essential information.

The data is delivered digitally in the exchange formats DXF and PDF.
