The precast concrete ceilings (filigree slabs) have now been delivered and installed. These concrete elements were prefabricated in the factory to match our ceiling plans exactly—including all the necessary openings for ventilation, water pipes, and electrical conduits. On-site, additional reinforcement was added using steel rebar. The next step will be to pour concrete to achieve full stability and the final ceiling thickness.

Shortly after the ceiling installation, the plumbing company arrived on-site. In the basement, they laid all the ventilation ducts for the central home ventilation system on top of the ceiling elements. We’re using the SAVE VTR 275 unit from Systemair for our ventilation. The system was planned directly by the manufacturer, with only minor adjustments made by our architect. Fresh air will later be supplied to living areas, while exhaust air will be extracted from bathrooms, the utility room, and the fitness area.

The electricians have also laid all the empty conduits for power and data cables in the basement rooms. These now also run along the ceiling elements and will be permanently embedded in concrete.

The multi-utility building entry point in the technical room has been installed. The water connection is already in place; connections for electricity and fiber optic internet will follow in the coming weeks.

The foundation for the ground floor is in place, and the technical infrastructure in the basement is starting to take shape. So far, everything is going according to plan.
