Screed & Underfloor Heating
The vapor barrier and impact sound insulation, as well as the underfloor heating loops, were installed. The cement screed was then poured.

Windows
We installed our wood-aluminum windows (RAL 7021) with triple glazing. This included many fixed and corner glazing units.
Flat Roof
The construction of our flat roof, from the raw reinforced concrete ceiling, through several layers of waterproofing and insulation, to the finished green roof with PV modules.
Structural work, upper level
Structural work on the ground floor: KS walls, reinforced concrete garage, concrete ceiling, and attic walls.
Structural work, lower level
The walls in the basement are completed, the exterior walls are insulated, and the prefabricated concrete ceilings are in place.
Concrete Slab
Base slab completed, formwork for the first basement walls installed and ready for the next concrete pour.
Excavation
The first construction phase: earthworks, slope modeling, and foundation preparation for the base slab.
